I started Molly Brahmer Art after a friend lost her sweet pup, Ruby (pictured below). While I had only met Ruby a few times, I was heart broken. I wasn't sure how to truly express my condolences so I turned to what I know best, my art.
After gifting Ruby to my friend, our mutual friends and coworkers took notice and began reaching out for custom portraits of their own fur babies (and human babies). Thus Molly Brahmer Art was born.
I've always dabbled in all sorts of artistic mediums and a recent trip to South America inspired me to paint a mural in our backyard (picture below). While it is complete contrast from my graphite realism portraits, it was so much fun and I expanded my business.
I take great pride in my work as well as getting to know my clients and honoring their vision. My goal is to continually create beautiful art that will be cherished for years to come.
