Unfortunately, I do not offer framing but the portrait sizes I offer are very common frame sizes so you have a lot of options. If you are looking for something inexpensive and premade, you can find loads of options - Amazon, TJ Maxx/Home Goods, Target, Michael's etc. But if you are looking for something more custom - Michael's and Blick Art Materials are two options that offer framing. There are likely frame shops in your area that specialize in framing custom art. Often for art it is recommended to get a frame with glass that is anti-glare and has uv protection. That being said, I do spray all my pieces with an archival fixative spray that should protect against fading, uv rays and discoloration. I just recommend not hanging them in direct sunlight.

When it comes to choosing photos, the most important thing I look for is clarity. The best photos are ones that aren't extremely pixelated when you zoom in and you can clearly see your pet's fur. While it's not always possible, please keep in mind that the more details your photo has, the more details your drawing will have.
Please choose clear, well lit, close up photos that showcase your pet's personality and avoid harsh lighting, blurry movements and screenshots.
Also, if you would like multiple pets in your portrait and don't have a good photo of them together, individual photos with similar lighting is ideal.
Please email your photo(s) and order number to mollybrahmerart@gmail.com. Often via email, you are given the option to select a smaller size/compress the photo but please do not do so. A higher quality photo will result in a more detailed portrait.
As soon as I finish my current orders, it will be back in stock. I limit the number of portraits that can be purchased at one time so you don’t have to wait up to several months to receive your portrait. I suggest selecting the “Notify Me” option to be the first to know when I start offering your preferred size again. I will also do my best to post on my social media when I open commissions.
Order shipment date is dependent on size and quantity. Please plan for a minimum of 1-2 weeks for creation. All orders are shipped via USPS and usually posted on a Monday or Friday. It typically takes 2-10 business days for delivery however, holidays may delay your shipment.
